Positive energy is an ego which provides you with one rank of negative energy resistance. It can be found on:

• Body armour
• Shields

Strategy

Although very useful in certain situations, fire and cold resistance are much more critical. Consider swapping in positive energy equipment when dealing with shadow dragons and other nasty sources of draining.
