Useful Info
Acid blobs are fast, acidic monsters with a highly accurate ranged attack that can corrode your armour and flesh that corrodes your weapons when you attack them in melee. Even so, they deal enough damage that fragile characters should be more concerned about their HP than their gear. They can be found in the Slime Pits.

Tips & Tricks
- Resist corrosion isn't an infallible way to defend equipment that's not immune, but it'll slow the damage to your equipment and reduce their damage output considerably.
- The Slime Pits aren't exactly easy to bottleneck enemies in, but if you can use walls or other enemies to keep acid blobs from shooting you while you move into combat range, it'll help.
- Even with some form of acid resistance, these are still fast monsters that hit hard in melee: turn-for-turn, they have better damage output than stone giants. Prepare accordingly.
- They have terrible defenses. Low-accuracy spells such as Iron Shot or Bolt of Inaccuracy are quite effective against them.
