Waterstrike

Waterstrike is a monster-only spell which causes the water beneath its target to rise up and drown the victim, dealing unavoidable asphyxiation damage with smite-targeting. It can only affect targets that are currently standing in or flying above shallow or deep water, and only if they are susceptible to asphyxiation.
