Desirability
A great source of rElec, and a good amulet to wear for general purposes, swapping in conservation or resist mutation as needed. The only amulet of controlled flight worth wearing, and since 0.11 came out, it's the only one left in the game.
History
In 0.12, this artefact's base type will be changed to an amulet of inaccuracy (thus eliminating amulets of controlled flight entirely, as levitation itself will be removed in favor of flight). To compensate for this, it will have a permanent Repel Missiles effect.
