Species notes: Exclusive to draconians and gargoyles. Black draconians and gargoyles naturally develop it XL 14, though others can acquire it as a random mutation. Note that this mutation only provides permanent flight if it develops naturally -- wings acquired via random mutation only provide temporary flight.
