-Blink is a status effect you suffer after casting Blink or evoking a +Blink ability. It prevents you from casting the spell or evoking the ability for (50 - <power>)/10 + 1d2 - 1 turns[1].
You are still too unstable to blink.
At zero power the cooldown is 5-6 turns; at the full power the cooldown is reduced to zero.
The status does not prevent the use of Lugonu's Bend Space ability or Passage of Golubria, nor scrolls of blinking, dispersal, or other external Translocations.
