Dazed is a condition that can occur when a follower of Zin uses the Recite ability, reading either from the book of Apostates or the Anathema book. Monsters affected by this will occasionally spend their actions standing around dazed instead of taking a productive action like moving toward you or attacking. This usually only lasts for a short time, but may significantly reduce the victim's ability to fight.
