Summon Water Elementals is a monster-only spell which summons hostile water elementals into existence. These foes are capable of drowning their foes with their attacks, inflicting asphyxiation damage each turn and effectively silencing them. Characters who don't need to breathe or who can breathe water are immune to this effect.
