A vile undead creation of the most unholy necromancy, made from the decaying corpses of humanoid creatures. It exists to spread disease and decay.

Necrophages are grotesque undead. Their melee attacks have a chance of rotting your max HP with every hit.

They're fragile enough that almost anyone can defeat them from a distance with ranged attacks.
Followers of Fedhas Madash can simply use Fungal Bloom to instantly destroy them. Be aware that doing this gives no XP, though it does grant you piety.
