Spit Poison is an ability acquired by playing a Naga, which has the Spit Poison mutation.
For players, it deals 1d(9 + XL/2)
poison damage[1][2] and has a range of 5. Spit Poison can be upgraded to Breathe Poison with any source of good mutation.
Monster Ability
The following enemies cast Spit Poison:
- N Naga (monster) (d10 damage)
- N Naga mage (d12 damage)
- N Naga ritualist (d13 damage)
- N Naga sharpshooter (d14 damage)
- N Naga warrior (d16 damage)
- N Nagaraja (d22 damage)
- N Vashnia (d23 damage)
History
- Prior to 0.19, the Spit Poison mutation had 3 levels, with Nagas having level 2.
- Prior to 0.18, regular species could randomly gain Spit Poison.
- Prior to 0.17, Nagas had an exclusive Spit Poison ability separate from the mutation.
