The sword of Cerebov[1] is the fixedart sword wielded by the unique Pandemonium lord Cerebov. Foes struck by the sword temporarily have their fire resistance reduced by one, which can make even fire-immune enemies vulnerable.
Desirability
In general, this sword is more often carried as a prize than actually used, since most characters who can defeat Cerebov already have their endgame weapons. However, it is an extremely effective two-handed Long Blade and characters who are already suitably skilled should consider it.

History
The sword of Cerebov was upgraded significantly in 0.13. Its base type was originally a great sword (which had one less base accuracy and damage), and its special effect only ignored fire resistance when calculating the sword's own damage.
