A short-lived species of fungus typically found on or around decaying organic matter.

Useful Info

Toadstools are harmless and very fragile. If corpses or skeletons are left alone for a while, toadstools may grow on them, speeding up the rate at which the host rots. The toadstool then dies after some time has passed.

Tips & Tricks

They may be harmless, and you may be used to hacking your way through them while exploring, but be aware that killing a toadstool takes as much time as attacking anything else. Be very careful you don't blunder into one while running away from, say, a hill giant.
