Throw Frost is a level 2 Conjurations/Ice Magic spell which blasts a single target with a small bolt of cold. Low level Ice Elementalists should use it to take out or soften up enemies which are particularly dangerous in melee, such as ogres or orc warriors, but should almost always prefer the more MP- and power-efficient, AC- and EV-ignoring Freeze in melee. Conjurers may use this spell for a while as well, but most characters will have more efficient means of killing monsters by the time they find it.
