The flame brand causes a launcher to deal fire damage instead of physical damage. Accuracy is unaffected, but the base damage is increased by 40%. It can be found on bows, longbows, crossbows, or slings.
Strategy
This brand can greatly increase damage against monsters vulnerable to fire, but is a severe handicap when facing anything with fire resistance. Don't bother enchanting a launcher of flame, as it will be useless against many dangerous foes.
