Tips & Tricks
- Hellions are relatively fragile and vulnerable to cold. If you have a wand of cold, try to zap them as soon as they arrive to take them out before they can hellfire you much. They should fall in 2-3 zaps.
- Be careful if you're facing hellions in the presence of tormenting enemies. A blast of hellfire can be devastating after you've had your HP cut in half a couple times.
- Silence does not prevent demonic spellcasting. Standing next to it in melee may trick it into making weak physical attacks against you instead, however.
- If you have a friendly hellion serving you, be careful not to stand next to its target. It will make no attempt to preserve you if you walk into its hellfire blast zone.
