Haste Other

Haste Other is a monster-only spell which functions almost like the Haste spell, except that it cannot target the caster. This makes it a pure support spell, and one whose threat level is entirely dependent on how dangerous the nearby monsters are.
The following monsters can cast Haste Other:

Deep troll shaman - e
Dowan - g
Gnoll shaman - o
Nergalle - O
Ogre mage - N
Salamander mystic
