| Summons a pair of riddling sphinxes - one guardian and one marauder - to debilitate the caster's enemies with hexes and batter them with violent winds. Spell power increases the sphinxes' durability and the power of their spells. |
Sphinx Sisters is a level 7 Summonings / Hexes spell that summons a guardian sphinx and a sphinx marauder. Recasting this spell will dismiss the old summons.
Strategy
Sphinx Sisters is the "basic" level 7 Summonings spell. It has the benefit of summoning 2 monsters at a time, and both monsters have ranged abilities, making them useful as part of a Summoner's repertoire. Both sphinxes can disable enemies, too, allowing stab attacks.
Compared to Summon Hydra, Sphinx Sisters has a longer duration, more HP, and summons 2 monsters for the same MP cost, but hydras have better at burst damage, and Summon Hydra only has 1 school.
