Spit Poison is an ability acquired by playing a Naga, which has the Spit Poison mutation.
For players, it deals 1d(5 + XL/10) poison damage[1][2] and has a range of 5. Spit Poison can be upgraded to Breathe Poison with any source of good mutation.
