Smite-targeted is a term used for spells and abilities that can target any entity in line of sight; specifically, they are spells with the target or grid spell flags, like the titular Smiting spell. They are not interrupted by monsters in the way, or certain [dungeon features like iron grates. Transparent walls act as they are solid and will block their line of effect.
