Useful Info
Ijyb is a particularly durable goblin appearing on the very early dungeon levels. He isn't much of a threat unless he happens to have a good wand (fire, cold, draining, lightning, paralysis), which can make him substantially more dangerous.

Tips & Tricks
Just treat him like any other goblin. Lure him into melee by hiding behind a corner if he's carrying a wand.
He may drop decent magic armor.
