Dimension Anchor is a monsters-only spell that attempts to temporarily afflict you with the -Tele status effect, preventing you from blinking or teleporting. This spell's effect can also occur as a result of a high level Translocation miscast effect.

Attempting to blink or teleport will result in the following message:

You cannot teleport because you are locked down by Dimension Anchor.

This spell also cancels the effect of Phase Shift and prevents recasting it for the duration of the effect.

You are anchored firmly to the material plane!
