Blue devils are weak tier-4 demons that fly and resist cold and poison, but are vulnerable to fire. They have no spells, and don't hit particularly hard in melee. They can often be found in Cocytus or the Ice Cave.

None needed, though when found in the Ice Cave, be on the lookout for powerful ice devils and Ice fiends.
