Desirability

Obviously none, although Lear's chain mail is nowhere near as bad as the robe of Misfortune or Folly. Unfortunately, you may find yourself stuck with it if you are trying on unknown randart chain mails. Always carry a scroll of remove curse when wearing unknown artefacts!

History

In 0.13 this artifact will be renamed to Lear's hauberk. It will lose its negative properties and its enchantment will be raised to +27. It will also cover your head, hands, and legs, leaving you with only your cloak and jewellery slots available.
