Dimension Anchor

Blocks any translocations attempted by the affected target, be they voluntary or not. This includes even some cross-plane effects, although notably not Banishment.

Dimension Anchor is a monsters-only spell that attempts to temporarily afflict you with the -Tele status effect, preventing you from blinking or teleporting. This spell's effect can also occur as a result of a high level Translocation miscast.

Attempting to blink or teleport results in the following message:

You cannot teleport because you are locked down by Dimension Anchor.

Note that this spell doesn't prevent Lugonu worshippers from blinking via the Bend Space ability.

The following enemies cast Dimension Anchor:

• @ Head Instructor
• N Nagaraja
• i The Enchantress

The following enemies may be able to cast Dimension Anchor, depending on their spell set:

• & Pandemonium lord (3.4% chance)
