Pig Form is a bad form that can be inflicted either by the unique monster Kirke's Porkalator spell, by the Polymorph Other spell, or by a wand of polymorph other. Becoming a hog melds all equipment (including jewellery), suppresses mutations, and prevents spellcasting.
History
While Pig Form has been around as long as Kirke has, version 0.12 will make it more common with the changes to the Polymorph Other spell.
