Smite-targeted is a term used for spells and abilities that can target any entity in line of sight; specifically, they are spells with the target or grid spell flags, like the titular Smiting spell. They are not interrupted by monsters in the way, or certain dungeon features like iron grates. Transparent walls act as they are solid and will block their line of effect.
