Useful Info
Orc high priests are similar to orc priests, but are significantly more dangerous. Along with their smite attack, they can summon dangerous demons and raise their fallen allies as zombies. They are often found on Orcish Mines:4 (but may appear earlier).

Tips & Tricks
Most characters first exploring the Orcish Mines aren't prepared for dealing with several tier-2 demons along with a horde of heavily armed orcs, so try not to give orc high priests time to summon much. Don't be afraid to run if a fight suddenly gets overwhelmingly dangerous.
