Frances is a unique human with demonic powers. Although she can occasionally summon some obnoxious demons, she is fairly weak by the time you encounter her.

Tips & Tricks
Frances isn't particularly threatening, so long as you don't give her time to get an army of allies in place. Lure her into melee range and she's hardly a threat at all.
History
Her spellset was changed in 0.12, making her much more dangerous.
Frances was added to the game in 0.6.
