| A slimy dragon, covered in swamp muck. Poisonous gasses dribble from its snout. |
Swamp dragons are medium-sized dragons which breathe poisonous clouds at you, but are otherwise less threatening than most dragons. You can usually find a few of them in the Swamp.
Tips & Tricks
- Poison resistance takes most of the fight out of swamp dragons. If you lack this, you can stand in one of the naturally-occurring clouds of the Swamp to be (temporarily) safe from its breath.
- Swamp dragon hide is sometimes produced when you butcher a swamp dragon corpse. This provides poison resistance, and can be turned into a much more useful swamp dragon armour through use of a scroll of enchant armour.
