Lets the caster walk through the air as a raging, lightning-filled tempest. The caster's melee attacks are strengthened, electrified, and strike all adjacent foes. The caster also flies, is more evasive, and resists electricity. They can launch themselves as a lightning bolt, blasting through everything in their way. The damage and evasion granted by storm form are highly dependent on the power with which it was cast. |
Storm Form is a level 7 Transmutations / Air spell.

Strategy
Storm Form is intended to be a high damage spell that scales well with spell power. At low spell power, Dragon Form deals more damage. Even when Storm Form deals more damage, its low defenses discourage general use; instead use it in situations where damage or cleaving is desired.
Like Dragon Form, Storm Form benefits greatly from support magic such as Ozocubu's Armour.
