Desirability
These rings are highly prized by spellcasters of all kinds for increasing spell success and power. They're nearly useless for characters who don't cast spells, except as a way to keep intelligence above zero while recovering from attribute drain.
History
- Prior to 0.27, you could find rings of intelligence with a -4 enchantment; such rings were always cursed.
- Prior to 0.25, enchantment values ranged from 2 to 6 (positive and negative).
