Useful Info
Shadow imps are one of the flimsier tier-5 demons. If found early, they can be significant threats due to their Pain spell. They usually only appear as part of certain vaults.

- In 0.32, shadow imps will appear earlier in the Dungeon: on D:4-7 instead of D:5-8.
- Prior to 0.30, shadow imps could be created by Call Imp.
- Prior to 0.28, shadow imps could see invisible.
- Prior to 0.17, shadow imps could cast Animate Dead.
- Prior to 0.12, summoned shadow imps would cast Animate Dead, allowing characters with no Necromancy skill to generate armies of the dead.
