Dimension Anchor is a monsters-only spell that attempts to temporarily afflict you with the -Tele status effect, preventing you from blinking or teleporting. This spell's effect can also occur as a result of a high level Translocation miscast effect.
Attempting to blink or teleport will result in the following message:
You cannot teleport because you are locked down by Dimension Anchor. |
This spell also cancels the effect of Phase Shift and prevents recasting it for the duration of the effect.
You are anchored firmly to the material plane! |
