Useful Info
Draconian shifters are lightly armed warpers. Apart from their breath attacks, their biggest threat lies in their ability to banish you to the Abyss.

Tips & Tricks
Silence them quickly to render them powerless. To avoid a trip to the Abyss via their Banishment spell, high magic resistance helps too. Provided you have the MR to resist their banishment attempts, though, they are little more dangerous than standard draconians.
History
Draconian shifters will receive a new spell set in 0.13, where they will drop Banishment and Controlled Blink in favor of a couple new spells.
