Useful Info
Twisters generally only occur temporarily as the result of powerful Air Magic miscast effects, though some can be found outside the walls of the Cloud Mages' Chambers. They are permanently confused creatures which lack any attack, but generate a Tornado around themselves at all times, which can do significant amounts of damage to anything caught by it.
