Converts the poison within a targeted creature into liquid flame, burning a poisoned creature from within.

Localized Ignite Poison was a monster-only spell which functioned identically to the spell Ignite Poison, dealing heavy fire damage to anything which either leaves a poisonous corpse or is currently affected by the poisoned status effect (in the latter case, the poison was effectively cured). Unlike Ignite Poison, however, this spell only affected a single target and had to bypass the target's magic resistance.

Because different player species have different levels of resistance to poison, the actual threat level this spell presents varies wildly. Undead and gargoyle characters are entirely immune to it as they can never be poisoned, while nagas, kobolds, green draconians, and players in Spider Form are innately poisonous and thus are always susceptible to its effects.
