Wearing an amulet of wildshape increases Shapeshifting skill by 5, up to the maximum of 27 skill.
Strategy
It can enable access to talisman forms in a much more timely manner than usual, like accessing base Dragon Form at 12 skill rather than 17 skill. Since XP costs are exponential, it can major benefits to such characters.
