Useful Info
Blue devils are weak tier-4 demons that fly and resist cold and poison, but are vulnerable to fire. They don't hit particularly hard, but they have a swooping attack with range 4, allowing them to move past intervening creatures and the target itself, land on the opposite side of it, and immediately perform a melee attack. They can often be found in Cocytus or the Ice Cave.
Tips & Tricks
None needed, though when found in the Ice Cave, be on the lookout for powerful ice devils and ice fiends.
History
Prior to 0.13, blue devils were simple melee attackers.
