Useful Info
Sun demons are fire-themed tier-3 demons. They are fast monsters with fiery melee attacks (+10-19 fire damage). They can be found in the Abyss, Pandemonium, created by Summon Demon, or found in various demon-based vaults.
Tips & Tricks
- Sun demons are a fairly strong monster, at least for something that kobold demonologists and orc sorcerers can spawn. They hit moderately hard in melee, especially without rF+, and they are fast, making escape more difficult.
- They are vulnerable to cold. With a few points in Evocations, a wand of iceblast does the trick nicely.
History
- Prior to 0.28, sun demons could see invisible and were vulnerable to water.
