Useful Info
Deep elf sorcerers are obnoxious casters with a frustrating and dangerous variety of spells. They are commonly found in the lower portions of the Elven Halls, and they may also be found in certain Baileys.

Tips & Tricks
If you can get close enough to silence it, you can tear it apart in melee. Just be prepared for draining (rN+), a trip to the Abyss (high MR), summoned tier-3 demons (Abjuration), and Hellfire (high HP) to smack you if you have to charge in. Lure it behind corners or nuke it at range as fast as you can if you don't think you can close the distance quickly.
