Useful Info
Deep dwarf necromancers are one of the less dangerous of the deep dwarves, packing an arsenal of mid-level Necromancy spells and little else. Like all deep dwarves, they do not regenerate health naturally. They are occasionally found in the packs of deep dwarves roaming the Abyss or in certain endings of the Crypt.

Tips & Tricks
Any ranks of negative energy resistance will block all of their attack spells... unless you're undead, in which case Dispel Undead packs a decent punch. If they manage to make simulacra of a decent monster, those could also cause you trouble.
