Useful Info
Quasits are annoying tier-5 demons whose attacks drain your dexterity. They've got high evasion and a wide variety of resistances, making it difficult for low-level characters to defeat them without taking some stat damage. They are one of the few demons you can encounter naturally in the upper floors of the Dungeon.
Tips & Tricks
- A ring of sustain abilities will nullify their dexterity-draining attack. If your dexterity gets drained to levels you're not comfortable with, a potion of restore abilities will fix you right up.
- Deep dwarves should be careful around quasits, as they can't recover naturally from stat damage.
- Iskenderun's Mystic Blast ignores resistances, so it's perfect for the quasit, and Magic Dart is an option if you don't have Mystic Blast yet. Earth Magic like Stone Arrow or Sandblast (though you may wish to wield some stones to help overcome their AC) will also work.
