A spirit drawn from the elemental plane of earth, which exists in this world by inhabiting a lump of earth and rocks.

Useful Info

Earth elementals are lumbering brutes that are easily outrun, but pack a punch when faced head on. They are more durable than the other elementals, immune to virtually every type of damage other than pure physical damage. They are not normally encountered in the dungeon except in special vaults or when summoned by enemy casters, though you can accidentally summon hostile earth elementals with the Summon Elemental spell or the stone of earth elementals.

Tips & Tricks

• They're slow, so almost any character can kite them easily.
• While elemental spellcasters may have a hard time with them, they take decent damage from Airstrike and Iskenderun's Mystic Blast. Earth Magic and spells that have a physical component (such as Throw Icicle) also work.
  • Magic Dart could wear an earth elemental down given enough time, but you'd probably be better off just beating on it with a weapon and backing up before it has a chance to hit you. Or you could just run away and come back once you have a better option.
