Useful Info
Silver statues are stationary monsters that attack by summoning tier 2, 3, 4 and 5 demons when you enter their LOS. They are highly resistant to most forms of attack, but can be instantly and reliably dispatched with a single zap of a wand of disintegration, the spell Shatter, or Lee's Rapid Deconstruction. Their ability to summon demons is not a spell, but rather a special effect for each turn the statue can see you: 33% chance of nothing, 33% chance of a 5, 33% chance of 2, 3, or 4. Silence has no impact on this ability.
Tips & Tricks
- They do not see invisible, and so will not summon if you are invisible.
- An amulet of warding can help with the hordes of summoned demons, but be aware it has no effect on demons' spellcasting. Beware neqoxecs, tormentors, and hellions in particular.
