The card depicts a screaming figure being tortured on the rack.

The Torment Card invokes torment against the player. If the player is undead or a demonspawn, it will invoke holy word instead.

The Torment card could be found in the following decks over the past several versions.

pre-0.14	0.14 - 0.18	0.19 and beyond

Prior to 0.19, this card invoked torment against all creatures within LOS, and had no separate effect for undead and demonspawn players.
