An amulet which exerts a force that blocks some incoming attacks, and can even reflect any blocked ranged attacks back towards the attacker. |
Wearing an amulet of reflection provides 5 SH and the reflection ego. When projectiles (either ranged weapons or certain types of spells like Stone Arrow) are blocked, they are always reflected back at the attacker.
Strategy
An amulet of reflection grants +5 SH, a fairly strong bonus to your defense. Unlike other amulets, the SH bonus is consistent: it doesn't wear off like acrobat, or require MP as with guardian spirit. Therefore, it is a strong option for just about any character. But depending on the character, you may prefer another amulet for its perks.
The ability to reflect projectiles can be useful, particularly against ranged enemies like centaurs and yaktaurs. However, it is a relatively minor perk compared to the SH bonus. Players with higher SH (from shields or other sources) will block more often, so will reflect projectiles more often.
