This spell inflicts enormous damage upon any creature struck by the bolt of incandescent energy conjured into existence. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to aim and very rarely hits anything. Pity, that. |

Bolt of Inaccuracy is a level 3 Conjurations spell (but since it's only available through a rod of destruction, Evocations determines its potency) that deals severe irresistible damage to anything it strikes, but with awful accuracy.
Strategy
- Because it produces little noise and missing a shot doesn't make any noise, you can cast it repeatedly against sleeping enemies until you finally land a hit.
- Corona, Sticky Flame, Divine halo and Sunshine can increase your accuracy (not cumulative; use only one).
- The following dangerous monsters have such lousy EV that you might be able to hit them semi-regularly (not a complete list):
- Hydras
- Stone giants
- Curse skulls
- Oklob plants
- Most jellies
- Most eyeballs
- Most mummies
- Bone dragons
- Gold dragon armour-wearing player ghosts
- Gastronok
- Firing at a line of several enemies greatly improves your odds of the bolt striking something.
