At first glance, you might mistake this being for an ordinary tree, but its branches sway and creak purposefully, and within the knots and grooves of its ruddy bark can be seen the wizened features of an aged forest protector.
Though it moves with slow deliberateness, its enormous gnarled limbs can match the strength of giants and its bark withstand the bite of battleaxes. A curious buzzing sound seems to follow it as it moves.... |
Useful Info
Treants are large and powerful, but slow and vulnerable to fire. They can summon the following insects to attack you: killer bees, queen bees, yellow wasps and red wasps. These are not actually summoned creatures and will not time out, though are worth no xp, similar to royal jelly spawns.
Each treant is created with a certain number of insects that can appear from it, and these charges are slowly replenished over time if below a certain level. Insects released consider the treant their band leader, so if one kites and flees the treant, those insects will still be swarming around to defend it later.
Treants can be found in the Enchanted Forest.
