Here is a list of all the good mutations you can acquire. See bad mutations for the other sort, and demonspawn mutations for the specific sets of mutations that demonspawn may gain through leveling up.

Mutation Resistance
Gives you +66.6% resistance to further mutations at ranks 1 and 2, 100% at rank 3. Mutation removal fails 50% of the time at rank 2, 100% at rank 3. Rank 3 of the mutation can only be removed by Zin. Halflings start at rank 1.

Diet
Carnivore
