Version 0.25: This article may not be up to date for the latest stable release of Crawl.
Stationary monsters cannot move and usually rely on ranged attacks to harm you. Oklob plants and certain statues are the most common dangerous stationary monsters. Stationary monsters will automatically have their tile auto-excluded when discovered.
Stationary monsters can never be slowed or hasted and cannot blink or teleport, even when hit by weapons of distortion or boomerangs of dispersal. They may, however, still be banished by weapons of distortion.
